Adam Lukoskie has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Between 2007 and 2008, Adam worked as a Customer Service Representative at Optus. Adam then joined Teach for America in 2008 and held various roles including Manager, Finance and Technology, Director and Managing Director in Procurement. As a Senior Managing Director in Procurement, they successfully implemented a procure-to-pay system. In 2018, Adam joined the NRF Foundation as a Vice President and later became the Executive Director. In this role, they lead major programs, oversees communications and fundraising, and ensures alignment with the National Retail Federation on workforce issues and research.
Adam Lukoskie earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Leadership, and Management from the University of St. Thomas between 2001 and 2005. Adam then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2014 to 2016.
