Colleen Harris

Colleen Harris is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application development and project management. Currently serving as IT Team Lead and Senior Application Development Analyst at NRG Energy since January 2021, Colleen has successfully overseen critical projects, including the centralization of contract management systems. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Force IT Technical Program Manager at Direct Energy Business, where Colleen led significant initiatives such as the dynamic Template Implementation process and migration projects involving various data management tools. Colleen's career began at Hess Corporation, working in multiple analytical and development roles supporting Human Resources and Treasury systems.
