Lee McFalls

Lee McFalls currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Kindle-Energy LLC since April 2019. Prior to this role, McFalls held various positions at NRG Energy from December 1999, including Vice President of Operations Analysis, Vice President of Outage & Work Management, Vice President of the Northeast Region, General Manager of Oil & Gas Plants in the Northeast Region, and Plant Manager. McFalls began a career in the energy sector at Northeast Utilities from 1987 to 1999 as Production Manager. McFalls holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer at Work and a bachelor's degree from Maine Maritime Academy.
