Len Cigainero

Len Cigainero is an experienced operations and consulting analyst with a career that spans several decades in the energy sector. Currently retired and enjoying time with family since August 2016, Len Cigainero previously held roles including Operations Manager at NRG Energy, overseeing facility operations, and managing budgets, as well as serving as Plant Manager at Dynegy and Duke Energy, where responsibilities included managing a 700 MW power plant and ensuring safety and compliance with operational standards.
