Rebecca Fite

Rebecca Fite is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at NRG Energy since August 2011. In this role, Rebecca manages two teams focusing on various operational areas including Aggregator and Broker Payments, Manual Billing, and Business Process Management, while also program managing initiatives requested by leadership. Prior to NRG Energy, Rebecca held significant roles at Reliant Energy as Manager of Business Operations, ACN as Sr. Manager of North America Operations, and at Enron Energy Services in various capacities including Manager and Consultant during bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, Rebecca has experience as a Project Manager at Utility.com.
