William Evans is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of NRG Business at NRG Energy since December 2012. Previously, William held various leadership roles at GenOn Energy, including Director of Commercial Operations & Strategy, and held positions at Mirant Energy Trading and the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities ranged from Chief of Staff to Senior Legislative Director. William has a robust educational background with an MBA from George Mason University and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Colby College, complemented by international study in Madrid.
