Karen Winekker

Karen Winekker serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Ruuts since September 2022, overseeing cross-functional operations and collaborating with the CEO to enhance growth and operational efficiency. As Chief Marketing Officer, Karen focuses on establishing the company within the context of regenerative agriculture in Latin America. Additionally, Karen is a 2024 Fellow with Capital Institute & nRhythm, aiming to innovate economic and financial practices. Karen's extensive experience includes roles as a Board Member and Chair for Sistema B Paraguay, Executive Director and Co-Founder at Envaco S.A, and various positions in project management and advertising. Educational credentials include a degree in Regenerative Economics from Schumacher College and an MBA from IAE Business School.
