Rachel Grindlay

Rachel Grindlay is an experienced finance systems professional with a strong background in implementing and managing financial technology solutions. Currently serving as Finance Systems Manager at the National Rugby League, Rachel leads the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation project, focusing on data migration, training, and process improvements. Previous roles include Systems Accountant at Ricoh Australia, where Rachel was a key super user for Oracle EPBCS, and at Chandler Macleod Group, managing the transition to Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. With expertise in SQL, data analytics, and various ERP systems, Rachel has consistently contributed to process enhancements and project management across multiple organizations, starting from a foundation in administrative roles and culminating in advanced financial and technology-driven positions. Rachel holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
