David Maxwell

David Maxwell is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Director of Information Security at the National Resident Matching Program® since May 2022. Previously, David held the role of Director Business Information Security Officer at Magellan Health, where responsibilities included managing information security for federal clients. As CISO and Director of Security at Columbia Advisory Group from 2014 to March 2021, David focused on information security governance and risk management. David's earlier experience includes serving as the Global IT Head of Information Governance and Management Security at Alcon, where oversight of compliance and security assessments was key. David's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance and a BA in Management, complemented by an Associate degree in Computer Science.
