Sue Yannaccone

Sue Yannaccone is the current Regional Executive Vice President – Eastern Seaboard and Midwest Regions at NRT. Sue has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current position, they served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ERA Real Estate from September 2016 to March 2018. Sue was responsible for implementing key initiatives to enhance internal operating efficiencies while driving growth of the brand. From July 2015 to September 2016, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of ERA Franchise Systems LLC where they were responsible for leading all servicing and operations for the global real estate franchisor, including business consulting, field services, in-house call center, transitions, learning and development, strategic initiatives and affinity groups, and brand events, awards and recognition. Sue leveraged the new brand positioning to accelerate organizational and customer growth arc and market share through M&As, expanded lines of business and agent productivity. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Network Services at Brookfield Residential Property Services from May 2012 to January 2013.

Sue Yannaccone has a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University.

They are on a team with Kate Rossi - Regional Executive Vice President, Eastern Region, Dina Di Maria - SVP, Information Technology, and Robert Way - Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations. Sue Yannaccone reports to M. Ryan Gorman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
