Novry Chandra K.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Novry Chandra started their career at PT. ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR in 2006, where they held several positions including Quality Control and Improvement Section Head, Production and Manufacturing Engineering Section Head, and Central Control Room + Vehicle Administration & Improvement Section Head. In these roles, they managed teams and was responsible for paint quality control, production process improvement, safety, environment, health, and supply chain management.

In 2016, Novry joined NS BlueScope as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw painting production and safety in the Coil Painting Line & SSC Department. Novry Chandra later served as the Country Quality Manager, responsible for maintaining the corporate Quality Management System and compliance with ISO standards. Novry then became the Midstream Operations Manager (Plant Manager), responsible for managing plant operations and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

In 2021, Novry was promoted to Vice President roles at NS BlueScope. As the Vice President of Supply Chain, they managed the overall supply chain organization and supervised four direct managers. Novry Chandra was also responsible for delivering business KPIs and implementing occupational health safety environmental processes. In their subsequent role as Vice President of Manufacturing, Novry led all aspects of the manufacturing organization and supervised seven direct managers.

Novry Chandra K.S. began their education in 2002 at Universitas Islam Indonesia, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Novry Chandra completed their studies in 2006. In 2013, they enrolled at the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Novry Chandra K.S. has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they completed the "Management of Assembly Production Line" training program offered by the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship in Japan. In 2013, they successfully completed the "Automotive Basic Training for Pre-Treatment Coat of Painting" program provided by PT. Nusantara Parkerizing / PT. Nihon Parkerizing. The same year, they also obtained the certification as an "Internal Auditor for SMK3 (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja)" from Dinas Tenaga Kerja RI - PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor.

In 2018, Novry Chandra K.S. received training on "Unconscious Bias" from BlueScope. In 2020, they obtained the "Machine Risk Assessment & Safety Design" certification from Pilz. More recent certifications include "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" and "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," both completed in 2022 through LinkedIn.
