Alarice Winans has a diverse work experience in the media industry. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at NSA Media as an Account Executive, overseeing national print ad programs and supporting client initiatives. From 2003 to 2009, they held various buying roles at NSA Media, where they were responsible for driving buying and pricing strategies, negotiating agreements with key publishers, and ensuring operational compliance. From 2010 to 2021, they served as a Buying Manager, achieving cost savings and contract agreements, training department personnel, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders. In their most recent role as the Buying Director, Media Investments, which started in January 2022, they are responsible for driving buying and pricing strategies, negotiating with publishers, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet revenue objectives.
Alarice Winans attended Dillard University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
