Neeraj Kumar has over 18 years of experience in operations and management within the telecommunications and BPO industries. Currently serving as the Manager Acquisition Experience at DEN Networks Limited since June 2015, Neeraj has a strong background in managing Customer Acquisition Forms (CAF) and data entry processes for major telecommunications companies, including Airtel and Idea Cellular Limited. Previous roles include Deputy Manager at Onicra Credit Rating Agency and Assistant Manager Operations at Offshoot Agency, alongside leadership positions at Mass Callnet India Pvt Ltd, where Neeraj handled large teams focused on customer verification and retention processes. Neeraj holds a BCA degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
