Adele Petersen

Adele Petersen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Administrator at NSC Global since October 2021, Adele is responsible for the onboarding process, employee exits, and various HR reporting functions. Prior to this role, Adele worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Alnet for nearly eight years, managing recruitment, training interventions, and employee relations, among other responsibilities. Adele also held HR administrative positions at Ahead Trading, On The Dot, Carrol Boyes, Sonnendal Dairies, and Woolworths, consistently contributing to recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance with health and safety standards. Adele holds a National Diploma in Human Resources from Nelson Mandela University and completed Matric at Gelvandale Secondary School.
