Michelle Pizzio

Michelle Pizzio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Latin America, currently serving as Senior HRBP and HR Manager for LATAM at NSF International since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Dell Technologies from July 2013 to July 2021, including Payroll Manager and Brazil Payroll Leader. Earlier career experiences include HR roles at Lojas Renner S.A., Gerdau, and a brief stint in International Exchange at SEDA College. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Psychology for Business from FADERGS and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Unisinos.
