Shivam Naugraiya

Shivam Naugraiya has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shivam started their career in 2012 as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked in the banking domain, supported business intelligence tools, and led a team. Shivam then joined Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Business Intelligence Associate and was responsible for maintaining the OBIEE environment. In 2020, Shivam joined Oracle as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where they worked on product development and enhancement, data modeling, and bug issue analysis. Currently, they are working at NSF as an HR Analytics and Reporting Lead.

Shivam Naugraiya completed a Bachelor of Engineer degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer application with a field of study in Computer Science from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Shivam has obtained various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Agile Foundations from PMI® Registered Education Provider | Provider ID: #4101, Hadoop for Data Science Tips, Tricks, & Techniques from LinkedIn Learning, Oracle Cloud Platform Enterprise Analytics 2021 Certified Specialist and Oracle Certified Foundation Associate from Oracle, Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft, and Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
