Alin Gogan

Alin Gogan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit control and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as Head of Credit & Collections at nShift since March 2023, Alin previously held the position of Head of Operating Working Capital for both Sweden and the Nordic region at Intertek, where significant achievements included implementing a new credit policy and reducing working capital by 30%. Alin has demonstrated expertise in team management and transformation, successfully building an operational accounting team and running restructuring programs. Prior roles include Accounts Receivable Lead at Beijer Electronics and AR Lead and Credit Controller for the Nordics at Lyreco Group, among others. Alin holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Constanta, Romania, alongside additional qualifications from UC Business School and the University of Malmö.
