Rick Brooks

Rick Brooks is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Nsight since May 2009. With a strong background in network design and management, Rick's responsibilities encompass overseeing transport and routed networks, including MPLS and Optical Transport, as well as core network elements for mobile technologies and IPTV. Prior roles include Sr. Director and Sr. Manager positions, focusing on project execution, budget management, and network deployment. Rick's expertise includes implementing Optical and IP networks, with proficiency in various Cisco equipment and systems. Prior to Nsight, Rick held engineering-related roles at Tri-Phase Automation, The Brehmer Agency, Inc., and Norlight Telecommunications. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
