Rich Martinez

Rich Martinez is an accomplished sales operations leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiencies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Nsight Health, Rich has held senior roles at OrganaBio, LLC, and Everlywell, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies, managing incentive programs, and leading process creation for enterprise teams. Prior experience at Staples involved managing membership strategies and operational enhancements to increase engagement and revenue. Rich began a professional career in sports as a soccer player for Puerto Rico Islanders FC in the NASL, participating in prestigious tournaments like the CONCACAF Champions League. Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
