Jesse Gipe

Jesse Gipe serves as Acting National Operations Director at the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), where responsibilities include strategy development for the regional network team and leadership in budgeting, contract negotiations, and hiring senior government roles. Previously, Jesse held the position of Pacific-South Regional Director at NSIN, focusing on building networks among Department of Defense, academia, and entrepreneurs across Southern California, Hawaii, and Arizona. In addition, Jesse has experience as Regional Director at the Air Force Research Laboratory, overseeing a team that supports military commands in the Pacific South. Other roles include Director at the World Trade Center San Diego, Senior Manager at the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, and District Representative for the California State Senate, with a strong academic background in Political Science from UC San Diego and studies in Prague.
