Malcolm F.

Malcolm F. has extensive work experience in the facilities management and property management industry. Malcolm started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Bruntwood in 2005 and progressively advanced to become a General Manager and finally the Head of Property Management. In 2015, they joined Nationwide Window Cleaning as the Key Contracts Director, and later became the Group Operations Director at NSS, a specialist services supplier. In their role, they were responsible for overseeing various operations, including specialist cleaning. Malcolm's expertise and leadership skills contributed to the successful merger of Nationwide Window Cleaning and High Access Maintenance, creating NSS as one of the largest independent facilities management services companies in the UK.

Malcolm F. pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of East Anglia from 1997 to 1999.
