Kaja Prus has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2019, they obtained a Pomorski Project Manager - certyfikat Prince2 Foundation i Practicioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2015, Kaja obtained an Audytor Wewnętrzny PN - EN 3834 oraz PN - EN 1090 certification, and attended Warsztaty Zarządzania Projektami wg. wytycznych IPMA at Qwantum. In 2015, they also obtained an Audytor Wewnętrzny Systemu Zarządzania Środowiskowego ISO 14001 certification. In 2014, Kaja obtained an Audytor Wewnętrzny Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania Jakością ISO 9001:2008 oraz Systemu Bezpieczeństwa i Higieny Pracy PN-N-18001 certification. In 2013, they obtained a Lider Lean Manufacturing - certyfikat Bureau Veritas certification from LUQUAM. Finally, in 2009, Kaja obtained an AutoCAD stopień II certification.
