Nitesh Sureka is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the field of accounting and management. Currently serving as a Faculty for Professional Skills at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Nitesh focuses on nurturing CA students and enhancing their communication skills for professional development. As CEO and Founder of Nsuregrowth Management since September 2021, Nitesh supports the CA fraternity and SME businesses by providing tailored strategies for organizational growth. Nitesh's prior experience at EY included roles as Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executive, where responsibilities spanned people management and client engagement. Additionally, Nitesh was an active member of Toastmasters International, emphasizing the importance of effective communication. Nitesh holds several qualifications including a Chartered Accountant designation and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
