Kim Baffo

Kim Baffo has extensive experience in customer service and travel management, currently serving as a School Learning Support Officer at the NSW Department of Education since April 2018. Prior to this role, Kim worked in various travel-related positions, including VIP Travel Counselor for American Express Business Travel, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating business travel for VIP executives and music artists at Sony Music Entertainment. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Care Associate at American Express and The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, and holding senior roles at Rosenbluth International/FOXNEWS Channel and VTS Travel Direct Inc./Wenner Media as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Manager.
