Scott Molloy CFE has extensive experience in compliance and investigations within educational and governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance at the NSW Department of Education since October 2017, Scott oversees compliance monitoring for 400 Registered Training Organisations, ensuring adherence to the NSW Quality Framework. Prior roles include Manager Quality Assurance and Compliance at the NSW Department of Industry and Principal Investigator at the NSW Department of Education, focusing on serious misconduct and compliance investigations. Scott's career began with the NSW Police Force as a Detective. Scott holds multiple advanced diplomas and certifications in public safety, government management, quality auditing, and cyber investigations.
