Michael Burrell

Michael Burrell is an experienced professional in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing, Contracts and Compliance for the NSW Government since June 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director Commercial at NSW Telco Authority, Head of Outsource Partnerships at Rest, and Procurement Manager at Optus. Michael founded Complete Procurement Services Pty Ltd, a consultancy specializing in procurement and contract management, and has held significant positions at Landcom, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and the State Transit Authority of NSW. Michael holds a Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board and a Bachelor in Economics from Macquarie University.
