Hugo Webster

Hugo Webster is a Performance Psychologist currently working with Golf NSW, the NSW Institute of Sport, South West Sydney Academy of Sport, and EQUINE PATHWAYS AUSTRALIA LTD. since 2023. Additionally, Hugo serves as a Mental Performance in Competition Psychologist for Archery Australia and previously held a position with Football Australia, where workshops were delivered on mental performance skills and mental health. Hugo’s background includes experience as a Provisional Psychologist at The University of Queensland and Queensland RED-S and Athlete Performance Clinic, focusing on various psychological therapies and support for athletes. Hugo holds a Master of Psychology (Sports and Exercise) from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from UNSW.
