Boaz Weinfeld

Boaz Weinfeld is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the fields of physics, semiconductor technology, and product development. Currently serving as the CTO of NT-Tao since November 2019, Boaz has previously held key positions such as Senior Physicist at HIL Applied Medical and CTO at Novatrans Group SA, where innovative miniature vacuum Terahertz devices were developed. With a solid foundation at Intel Electronics, roles included R&D Group Manager, Physical Design Manager, and Process and Design Engineering Manager, focusing on various technologies including MEMS and Silicon-Photonics. Academically, Boaz holds a Master's Degree in Physics and an MBA.
