Rebecca Campbell

Rebecca Campbell has over a decade of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at NT Concepts since October 2014. In this role, Rebecca oversees internal and departmental communications with OPM/NBIB customers, ensuring timely and effective communication that supports national security. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring employees, conducting performance reviews, collaborating with Quality Control and Process Improvement teams, and developing procedures that meet contract requirements. Prior to NT Concepts, Rebecca held various roles at USIS from October 2008 to September 2014, including Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Material Processing Technician. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
