Nikita P. has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at Morgan&Stout in 2012 as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for company employees and handled IT-related requests. They also configured network services and installed application software. In 2012, they moved on to LCC "OLTRI" as a Technical Support Engineer, where they played a key role in creating and opening international branches of the company. They also participated in planning and implementing the relocation of the company's head office, including managing IT infrastructure and data migration. They administered servers and handled CRM administration.
From 2013 to 2019, Nikita P. worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, they provided technical account management for clients and handled customer relationships.
Currently, Nikita P. works at NtechLab as the Head of Support. They are responsible for team management and building new processes within the team and company. They have also built the technical support department from scratch and integrated a CRM system. Additionally, they prepare commercial proposals for external customers.
Nikita P. earned a degree in Information Technology from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from 2005 to 2008. Nikita then pursued further education and obtained a degree in Engineer Programming from the same university from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Nikita also obtained several certifications related to datacenter hardware and server solutions from the Education Center "Hewlett-Packard A.O." including a Customer Centric Mindset 1 Essentials Test for Datacenter Hardware, HP ASE – Server Solutions Architect V2, HP ATP – Server Solutions V2, and ITIL Service Operation.
