Karina Mendonca

Karina Mendonca has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karina began their career in 2005 as a Personal Assistant at First Security Loans, where they worked until 2007. Karina then worked as a Staff Accountant at Crawford, Pimentel & Co., Inc. from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined LEWIS Global Communications as a Junior Accountant and stayed with the company until 2014. At LEWIS Pulse, they held multiple roles including Senior Digital Marketing Specialist from 2014 to 2016, Digital Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2017, and Director of Paid Social from 2017 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Brandwatch as a Customer Success Director, and later as VP Customer Success - NA Brand. In 2019, they joined BrandTotal as the Global Head of Customer Success, and in 2020, they became the VP of Customer Success at nTopology.

Karina Mendonca completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Business Administration from San Jose State University. Karina pursued this degree from 2009 to 2012.
