James Devlin

James Devlin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international, commercial, and public sector contract negotiation and management. Serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at NTT DATA since January 2011, James focuses on M&A, ethics and corporate policy development, and government security mitigation, including Proxy Agreement and CFIUS transaction support. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Corporate Attorney at Keane, Inc. from November 2000 to December 2010, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. James holds an MBA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a JD in Business Law from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA in English from Vassar College.
