James Ottinger

James Ottinger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mechanical program management, maintenance, and safety operations. Currently serving as Mechanical Program Manager and previously as National Account Manager at NTT Training since September 2021, James has also held positions such as Management Professional at Industrial Maintenance and Maintenance Manager at JE Berkowitz. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, James served as Ground Safety Manager and Aviation Safety Specialist, acquiring key certifications in mishap investigation and OSHA safety regulations. Educational qualifications include certifications from the Naval Safety Center and various OSHA courses, alongside specialized training in aviation maintenance and security.
