Haswin Vidanage

Haswin Vidanage is a highly experienced software engineer with a background in leading development teams and implementing software solutions. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at NTUC Enterprise Nexus Co-operative Limited since March 2019, Haswin has led the Finance and Ops development team, conducting agile ceremonies and utilizing tools such as Jira. Previous roles include Associate Software Engineer at Pearson, where Haswin redesigned frontend applications and achieved significant unit test coverage in Java Spring Boot microservices, and at hSenid Business Solutions, where localization and optimization of HRM systems were key responsibilities.
