Christie Leong

Christie Leong started their work experience in 1999 as a Software Specialist at SingRe Information Technology Sdn Bhd. Christie then worked as a Technical Consultant at dbix Systems Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Prudential Services Asia as a Systems Analyst. Christie worked on system development projects and delivered end-to-end letters generation. From 2010 to 2013, Christie worked as a Lead Systems Analyst at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where they led a team of developers and was involved in system development enhancements. Christie then took on the role of Lead Business Analyst where they represented the Technology Department in the Product Development Team and led the business analyst team. In 2016, they became a Section Head of IT Program Management and was responsible for implementing regulatory requirements and company initiatives. Christie subsequently held various roles at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, including Head of Core Systems and Operations, Head of IT Portfolio Management, and Head of Performance Management and Quality Assurance. In June 2020, Christie joined Income as a Deputy Vice President of Business Excellence, where they plan and drives the implementation of digital and strategic initiatives for the Operations Division.

Christie Leong obtained their Bachelor of Computing degree in Information Technology from Monash University, Australia in the years 1997 to 1999. Christie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (IT Management) degree in Business Administration and Management from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Christie obtained a certification in Managing Successful Programme (MSP) Foundation from PRINCE2 in September 2021, a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2019, and is currently pursuing a certification in "What Business Leaders Need to Know about Web3 (+ Metaverse)" from LinkedIn.
