Kelly Ho

Kelly Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kelly worked at Philips starting in 1995, where they held positions as an Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer, Test Lead/Test Engineer, and Senior HR Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in designing and testing production equipment, improving efficiency, managing logistics, and overseeing test processes. In 2012, Kelly joined Income, where they took on various positions including Vice President, HR Business Partner, OD, Learning, Rewards & HRIS, Vice President, HR Centre of Excellence, and currently, they serve as the VP & Head of Human Resources. In their current role, they provide leadership in developing organizational culture, performance management, leadership, and employee engagement. Kelly also manages a team of HR professionals and implements strategies and policies aligned with the organization's goals.

Kelly Ho completed a BSc. in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic from 1990 to 1993. Kelly also holds an additional certification as an IHRP Senior Professional from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
