Jeremy Ong

Jeremy Ong is the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC LearningHub since November 2021 and serves as a Council Member for the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore since April 2022. Additional roles include being a Board Member at the NUS Business Analytics Centre and previously the Chief Customer & Operations Officer at AXA, where leadership focused on transforming the company through simplification and digitalization. Prior experience includes senior positions at NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited, SkillsFuture SG, NTUC Link, and Income, where contributions spanned technology strategy, customer operations, and governance. Education credentials include programs at IMD, The Wharton School, Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
