Ben Kwong

Ben Kwong possesses extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership within various industries. As the Founder and Chairman of Texon Industrial Inc. since August 2010, Ben leads a manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal components and assemblies. Concurrently, Ben serves as CEO of Kwong Capital, established in August 2006, which focuses on providing venture capital funding for technology-based companies and multi-family real estate investments. Previously, Ben founded Ocular Inc. in February 1986, where leadership skills were honed during a career that included roles as a design engineer and sales executive for a defense contractor specializing in avionics.
