Mohamed Metalsi

Mohamed Metalsi has extensive experience in leadership and customer experience management across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the advisory board at NU.nl and as a member of the Supervisory Board at Freedom Internet, Metalsi also holds the position of Director at Al Amana Scholen since January 2019. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience at Eurofiber and Manager positions spanning customer service and operations at XS4ALL Internet BV. These roles involved significant responsibilities in improving customer journeys, managing shared services, and restructuring operations to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to practical experience, Metalsi has pursued higher education, earning a Post HBO certificate in School Leadership and attending HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Utrecht University.
