Pawan Borle

Pawan Borle is an accomplished senior executive in human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Flydubai since November 2008, Pawan has played a pivotal role in shaping the airline's growth and fostering a human-centric culture. In addition to this role, Pawan co-founded Maithri Aquatech Pvt Ltd., focusing on innovative water sustainability technologies, and serves as an investor and advisor for various organizations, including TeamIndus, Nu Republic, Kakcho, and Sirona. Pawan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Delhi University.
