Nicole Poon

Nicole Poon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership. Currently serving as a People and Culture Coordinator at COVA since September 2023, Nicole previously held the role of Senior Brand Director at Nu Skin Enterprises, where oversight of a 40-member sales team in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia was a key responsibility. Nicole developed training programs, created strategic sales plans, and successfully expanded customer bases and product lines. Prior positions include Assistant Retail Store Manager at UNIQLO Malaysia, where customer service and sales strategies were emphasized, and a Marketing Intern at Chaswood Resources, focused on digital campaigns and content accuracy. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Taylor's University and is pursuing a Master's in Marketing at Victoria University.
