Dennis Niklaus has over 20 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. Dennis started their career at Renishaw Inc. as an Applications/Support Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering and retrofitting on-machine dimensional measurement systems. Dennis then worked at Yaskawa Electric America as a Product/Applications/Support Engineer, providing engineering support for measuring touch probes and part set-up on CNC machines. After that, they joined Service Resources Group as an Administrator/Desktop Support, and then moved to Komet of America as a Systems Administrator/Application Support, where they developed and supported technology solutions for the organization. In 2003, Dennis joined Nu-Way Industries, Inc. as a Manager Information Technology, and gradually progressed to roles such as Director of Information Technology, Director of Infrastructure and Technology, and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology. In these roles, they have been responsible for strategic IT architecture, project management, web analytics, security, compliance, and business process automation, among other tasks. Dennis also had a brief role at Workwise, Inc. as a customer. Overall, they have a strong background in IT management and a diverse range of technology-related skills.

Dennis Niklaus attended various educational institutions throughout their career. In 1986, they enrolled in Harper College to pursue a general education. Following that, from 1990 to 1992, Dennis attended Triton College, specializing in manufacturing, quality engineering, and CNC programming.

In 2000, Dennis studied at Microsoft and obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) certification. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management at DeVry University, emphasizing telecommunications, networking, communications, and management.

Lastly, Dennis attended Northwestern University from 2005 to 2007, where they acquired a Master's degree in Communications, System Strategy, Management, and Business.
