Griva Shah

Griva Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Griva'smost recent position was as the Founder of Green Field Harvests, a role they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at Nua starting in July 2019.

Griva had a significant tenure at Uber Technologies LLC, where they started as an Operations Coordinator in July 2016 and later became an Operations Associate from July 2017 to September 2018. During their time at Uber, they were responsible for restaurant growth, relationship success, on-boarding, and financial viability as a Restaurant Operations Manager. Griva also managed the New Supply of cars with optimized spending and sustainable financial incentives.

Before joining Uber, Griva worked as a Legislative Assistant to Vijay Goel at PRS Legislative Research from June 2015 to May 2016. Griva was also the Head of Marketing at Warwick India Forum from April 2014 to February 2015.

Griva gained internships at EconoVision, economic research and consultancy in June 2014, and at EPG Economic and Strategy Consulting in 2014. Griva served as the Vice President of Finance at AIESEC from March 2013 to March 2014 and also worked as a Business Development Associate at Splat Uni from January 2013 to January 2014.

Griva Shah completed their International Baccalaureate (Diploma) at Navrachana International School, Vadodara from 2003 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Honours Economics at the University of Warwick from 2012 to 2015.
