Kevin O'Neill

Kevin O'Neill has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. Kevin most recently served as the Director of Manufacturing at NuAire Lab Equipment since November 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Quest Engineering, Inc from August 2017 to November 2018. Kevin also has significant experience as a Director of Operations at Continental Hydraulics, Inc from March 2012 to June 2017, where they executed full operational and P&L responsibility and implemented cost-saving measures. Kevin was also the Operations Manager at WEG from June 2010 to February 2012, where they achieved significant improvements in safety, output levels, and operational efficiency. Before that, Kevin served as the Vice President of Operations at Weir Minerals from December 2005 to June 2010, leading the team to achieve high operating margins, improved on-time delivery, and ISO4001 certification. Kevin started their career at Fairbanks Morse Engine as a Team Leader from 1996 to 2000.

Kevin O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the same institution for the period of 2004 to 2006.
