Gilberto Mercado Morales

Gilberto Mercado Morales is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in IT and consulting. Currently serving as Manager Project at ids comercial TI since September 2017, Gilberto plays a key role in managing projects for BBVA Bancomer, including Project Wibe and Auto Seguro Dinámico, focusing on production improvements, project risk management, and Scrum methodology implementation. Previously, as Senior PMO Coordinator at Nubaj IT & Consulting, responsibilities included overseeing multiple projects for TURISSSTE and supporting the establishment of a PMO for FOVISSSTE, emphasizing quality processes and Microsoft Project Server implementation.
