Bianca Pereira is a seasoned professional in agile methodologies and product management, currently serving as Gerente de produtos and Global Productivity & Agilist chapter manager at Nubank since February 2020. In this role, Bianca is responsible for enhancing systemic productivity and mentoring agilists to advance their careers. Previously, as a Lead Agile Specialist, Bianca coordinated cross-team initiatives to optimize processes and improve time-to-market. Bianca founded ExplicaÁgil, focusing on simplifying agile practices, and has held various roles at Plataformatec and Jera, contributing to team autonomy and effective project management. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul and has furthered education at Budapest Business University.
