Mat Lima

Mat Lima is an experienced professional in product management and design, currently serving as the Global Director of Products for Collections at Nubank, where leadership focuses on developing financial solutions to aid customers. Mat has significant teaching experience as a mentor for UX Design and Product Management bootcamps at Tera. Previous roles include Head of Products & Design at Boa Vista, Product Lead at GetNinjas, and Head of Products & UX Design at HostGator América Latina, among others. Mat holds degrees in Business Strategy from Cornell University, Marketing & Business Administration from FGV, and Medicine from Universidade Federal do Paraná. A strong advocate for diversity, Mat has also contributed to fostering inclusive workplace cultures throughout various positions.
