Shay Bittencourt

Shay Bittencourt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data intelligence and customer excellence. Currently a Data Intelligence Analyst at Nubank since June 2019, Shay has previously held roles such as Customer Excellence Analyst II and Xmart Customer Excellence Analyst. Additionally, Shay serves as the Vice-President and co-founder of ABRAI - Associação Brasileira Intersexos, playing a pivotal role in establishing the Intersex Collective prior to the association's formation. Previous experience includes roles at Teleperformance Brasil as a Technical Support Advisor and at Atento Brasil as a Quality Monitor, overseeing operational procedures and generating quality reports. Early career contributions involved supervisory and co-founding positions in sales and publishing, respectively. Shay is furthering education in Big Data and Analytical Intelligence at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, with an expected graduation in August 2024.
