Joseph Mottola

Joseph Mottola has over 27 years of work experience in the lending industry. Joseph started their career as the President of Vista Mortgage Co. N. Andover MA in 1994, where they worked until 2015. Mottola then joined UC Funds as a Commercial Loan Originator from 2016 to 2019. Joseph further expanded their responsibilities by becoming a Managing Director/Originator at CV Capital Funding, LLC in 2019, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Mottola serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Nubridge Commercial Lending, a national bridge lender specializing in loans secured by various types of commercial properties.

Joseph Mottola pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College, from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they attended Bentley University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting.
