Lisa Holman

Lisa Holman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since October 2022, Lisa previously held various leadership roles at Erie Insurance Group from February 2017 to November 2022, including Director of Experience Billing & Payments and Director of Contact Center Operations. With a foundation in customer care, Lisa managed operations and quality service standards at Erie Insurance from 2005 to 2017. Additional experience includes positions at Telatron Marketing Group and Montgomery Ward, focusing on HR functions, employee relations, and operational support. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University, completed in 1990.
